Victoria has over 25 years of industry experience in Marketing Communications, PR and Sales. Victoria's role at CPMS, currently includes Assistant Site Manager, Work Health and Safety position Australia wide. Certified BSB41419.
Victoria previously held the role of Advertising Account Executive at C91.3FM Radio for over 7 years, managing a large array of client portfolios, curating sponsorships, driving advertising sales and providing expert account management. Consulting on specific marketing procedures, schedules & strategies to businesses. Victoria also works with parliamentary candidates and local councillors on strategic marketing campaigns. She worked closely with council to deliver weekly Mayor’s messages, and assisted in managing and marketing local events such as Winterfest and the Fisher’s Ghost festival.
Victoria has held a position on the board of Campbelltown Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a Director for the past 5 years, role of director included Event, Sponsorship and Marketing.

Tamlyn has over 24 years industry experience in Marketing and Branding. She has just completed a two-year term as President of Campbelltown Chamber of Commerce, leading a board of 8 and 166 chamber members.
Tamlyn has been running her own agency since 2004 as a specialist branding agency. Creating branded communication across multiple industries, now in its 19th year of operation, she has firmly positioned her business as the leading branding agency in the Sydney region. The team is a multi-disciplined group that provides expertise in strategy, print, digital and environmental design.
